Assessment criteria: Working in pairs or small groups, your teacher will provide you with a suitable parable and stories from the New Testament for you to develop a presentation of your understanding of the parable.
- In your group, read and discuss your parable from the New Testament.
- In an oral presentation format you are to retell your story to the class using either puppets OR a power point presentation OR recreate the scene – be creative!
- Write your script in your own words using contemporary characters if you wish or using palm cards. At the conclusion of your presentation you are required to explain your understanding of the parable and application of the message for living today.
Rehearse and adequately prepare your presentation.
